VNC Standing Rules

Standing Rules may be adopted by the Board to supplement the VNC Bylaws. Such rules shall be in addition to the Bylaws and shall not be construed to change or replace any Bylaw. In the case of conflict between the Bylaws and a Standing Rule, the Bylaws shall prevail.

Standing Rules maybe adopted, amended, or repealed by a simple majority vote of the Board unless otherwise indicated in the Bylaws.
