SPARC (Social and Public Art Resource Center) will host its 23rd Annual Dia de los Muertos Celebration and Ritual event at the SPARC Gallery in Venice honoring and remembering friends, neighbors, and family who have passed in the spirit of this traditional Mexican holiday.
