a. (10 min) Formulation and adoption of 2007 VNC Board Election Procedures to be submitted to Board for its review and approval.

b. (This item is postponed until the REC March 27 meeting following anticipated Board action on these matters at its March 20 meeting)
Develop and approve procedures for stakeholder ratification of By-laws Amendments:

i. Ratification of Ocean Front Walk Standing Committee
ii. Ratification of Arts, Beautification & Culture Standing Committee
iii. Ratification of By-law amendment re: Resignations, Removals & Vacancies

c. (60 min) Preliminary Review and Discussion, without decision, regarding effectiveness of existing Standing Rules, and strategy for integrating specific Standing Rules into By-laws where appropriate.

6. New Business

a. (5 min) Set date to hear current grievances.

b. (55 min) Consideration and discussion, without decision, of pros and cons of alternative procedures for dealing with grievances and complaints by stakeholders.
