The Empowerment Academy in Partnership with the Community Development Department presents a series of "How to" Workshops for Neighborhood Councils.

STRENGTHENING COMMUNITIES- Learn how to 1)Identfy the collective needs of their stakeholders and develop community-based projects; 2) Establish parnetships and collaborations iwth public/government agencies as well as other community groups; 3) Achieve your collective goals.
