Following is the agenda of the Conflict Resolution Committee (CRC) for hearings on two Principles of Representation complaints under Venice Neighborhood Council
Standing Rules, Rule 13 (“Rule 13”). The hearings will be held before a panel of three members of the CRC.

7:00 p.m. – Call to Order
1) Public Comments regarding CRC issues only other than complaints under consideration – 5-10 minutes

7:10 p.m.– Hearing regarding Venice Neighborhood Council Standing Rules, Rule 13, Principles of Representation
Complaint by Nathalie Guntz against Challis McPherson, dated July 15, 2008
2) Complainant’s Opening Statement and Presentation of Witnesses/Evidence– 20 minutes
3) Cross-Examination/Rebuttal – 5 minutes per witness
4) Board Officer’s Opening Statement and Presentation of Witnesses/Evidence – 20 minutes
5) Cross-Examination/Rebuttal – 5 minutes per witness
6) Closing Statements – 5 minutes each party
