1. OFW Committee Meeting (Mar 17)

Reminder:
 
A meeting of the Ocean Front Walk Committee of the GRVNC is scheduled on
Friday, March 17 from 8-9:30 A.M. at the Oakwood Recreation Center,
corner California and 7th streets in Venice.
 
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the new ordinance governing the
boardwalk which will go into effect on 3/27.
 
Representatives of City agencies will be present to explain the new
ordinance, it's programs, priorities and enforcement guidelines.
 
Public comment will be heard.
 
Please circulate this to interested parties. Since additional meetings
will be scheduled on a regularly, please ask interested individuals to
sign up at the meeting, or send me email addresses to be added to the
mailing list meetings notices.

2. Board of Officers Meeting Agenda (Mar 21)

Where:   Westminster Elementary School Auditorium, 1010 Abbot Kinney Blvd.
When:     Tuesday, March 21, 7pm

The Executive Committee has posted the agenda for the (Tuesday) March 21
Board of Officers Meeting.   The agenda can be found here:

Two items of particular interest are the Land Use and Planning Committee
proposed Venice Building Moratorium.  The text of the LUPC Moratorium
proposal can be found here:

The Executive Committee at its March 13 meeting also established an
Overnight Parking District (OPD) Committee to work with Councilman
Rosendahl 's office on this issue.  The mission statement of the OPD
