1. Special GRVNC Board Meeting regarding Lincoln Place Apartments Evictions (Nov 17)

Board of Officers Meeting
Special Meeting

Where: United Methodist Church, 1020 Victoria Avenue (Community Room)
When: Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 7:00pm

At the November 15th meeting of the GRVNC Board of Officers community members asked the Board to convene a special meeting to address the imminent mass evictions of tenants of Lincoln Place. The evictions are scheduled to begin in the next few days so a special meeting of the GRVNC Board was scheduled to occur November 17th.

Agenda:

1. Call to Order @ 7:00pm

2. Roll Call (5 min)

3. Public Comment (10min)
  * Public comment on non-agenized items

3. Presentations
  * Presentations to describe situation of evictions by representatives of the Lincoln Place Tenants Association, 
Landlord AIMCO and/or Council Office (depending on availability)

4. Lincoln Place Apartments Evictions
  * GRVNC Board Action and Recommendations to LA City Council regarding imminent Lincoln Place Apartments Evictions.

5. Adjourn

GRVNC Board of Officers Meeting

Where: Westminster Avenue Elementary School, 1010 Abbot Kinney Blvd (Auditorium)
When: Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 7:00pm

Note: due to the Holiday schedule at Westminster Elementary School, the next GRVNC Board
meeting will be the 2nd Tuesday rather then the third Tuesday of December.
