1. Community Meetings for Project at Lincoln Boulevard and Maxella
Avenue   (Nov 14 & Dec 7)

Two community meetings have been requested by the Land Use and Planning
Committee regarding the proposed project at the corner of
Lincoln Blvd and Maxella. Information about the meetings, from Kristen
Lonner, is provided below:

When:  Monday, November 14th and Wednesday and December 7th from 6-8pm
Where:  Venice Boys and Girls Club located at 2232 Lincoln Boulevard

"The Olson Company would like to invite interested community members to
an open house featuring our proposed mixed-use project to be located
in the Del Rey community at Lincoln Boulevard and Maxella Avenue.
Currently on this site there are several closed restaurant uses.  This
proposal will breath life into this community again encouraging a
pedestrian friendly atmosphere.  The project has received the support
of the Del Rey Neighborhood Council and now we would like to share the
concept with the adjacent Venice community.
We invite you to join us at the Venice Boys and Girls Club located at
2232 Lincoln Boulevard on Monday, November 14th and Wednesday,
December 7th from 6-8pm to see our project and share your thoughts and
comments with us."

2. Event Planning Committee (Nov 15)

There will be an Events Committee Meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2005
at 6:00 PM at Westminster Avenue School, prior to the Board Meeting.
Volunteers are welcome.
