1. At their April 5 Hearing, the Board of Neighborhood
Commissioners (BONC) voted unanimously to assist
GRVNC with a new election.

It is their first action taken since DONE found GRVNC
had lost its quorum last year. The motion approved
unanimously calls for public hearings, overseen by
BONC itself, to approve the election procedures for a
new GRVNC election.

BONC asked their staff members at DONE to supply
an election timetable to them at their next meeting
on April 19, however no steps were taken to
assist GRVNC with a recognized quorum in the interim.

All 21 GRVNC board seats will be open for election.

(More details to follow after the April 19 hearing)
