Grass Roots Venice Neighborhood Council Announcements

Note on Communications:
With the arrival to GRVNC of so many new and
energetic board members, alot of new committees have
been formed. Additionally, the board has been
meeting at least twice as often as before. With all of
the new activity, there have, admittedly, been some
problems keeping up with all of the meetings and
information flow. So, to bring order and reliability
to meeting notices, I am switching to bi-weekly
announcements. This will help all committees plan for
the best meeting announcement times and will reduce
the number of emails to your in-box from GRVNC by half.
Another communication feature: there is an archive
of all group announcements available on the web at
http://archive.mail-list.com/grvnc.
Also, make sure to check out the http://grvnc.org site
early next week to see the new design and the
easier-to-use navigation features!
And as always, if information you are seeking has not
been in an email and is not on grvnc.org, feel free
to email me at communications@grvnc.org and I will help
get it for you.
Lastly, we need your help to get word to Venetians
without email. The official posting spot is at the
Vera Davis Center, but we could reach many more people
if those with email could print out an agenda or two
and tape them up at the corner market. Do your
neighbors a favor and let them know what is happening!
Thanks,
Tom
(next email announcement: Friday, Feb 13)
