Discuss actions to improve clean-up on the Ocean Front Walk Postponed Motion: Everybody on the sign-in sheet receives emails about the next meetings, agendas and minutes – be they part of the OFW committee or public. Approved unanimously Motion: Statements shall be limited to no more than 2min. Approved unanimously Motion: To adjourn the meeting at 11:00AM as no decisions can be made at that point because the OFW committee is not finalized yet. Approved unanimously Motion: To have a special meeting in on 9/8/10, where the final OFW committee members will be elected by the existing committee. Every applicant will have 2min to present themselves before the committee. Approved unanimously 8.
