The City has directed us to change our bylaws to reflect their new policy that the City Clerk will run neighborhood council elections every other year and that current board terms be extended so that the board can continue to function until the new board election is held. Stakeholders will vote at the May 19 meeting to ratify the following amendment passed by the board at its March meeting.
