FEBRUARY 21, 2009 OPD INITIATIVE ELECTION RESULTS

The Election Committee has certified that Initiative A failed and Initiative B passed. The vote count is as follows:

INITIATIVE A: 634 FOR, 868 AGAINST, 9 ABSTENTIONS

INITIATIVE B: 891 FOR, 608 AGAINST, 13 ABSTENTIONS

Including 13 Provisional Ballots, 1524 ballots were cast. The 13 Provisional Ballots will not be counted since they would not change the results.
