As the appointed Oakwood-Milwood Neighborhood representative, i have scheduled a general meeting for February 12, 6:00, at the Oakwood Recreation Center. There will be no set agenda so as to be informal. I will do breakout groups if there are enough people on the various possible topics in order to get a broader response to what the issues and concerns are for the neighborhood. I will be asking for ideas on projects, programs and services that would better serve the community.

1) Confirm or replace the VNC Board’s appointment to fill the following vacant Board seats.

- Outreach Officer: Ivan Spiegel
- Community Officers: Stewart Oscars, Stan Muhammad
