Venice Neighborhood Council Board Meeting - October 6 (CORRECTION)

CORRECTION: Sorry for sending the last email out twice, I'm still
getting the hang of
the system. DeDe also pointed out that the time of the Executive
Committee meeting
should be 10am, not 5pm. The Board of Officers meeting on Thursday has
not changed.

Sorry for sending so many emails, but it was easier for me to put out a
new announcement
then have DeDe and Challis go around town putting up new notices. Please

1. 1st GRVNC Board of Officers Meeting

Come meet your new neighborhood council Board of Officers, elect the
committee chairs, volunteer for committees, and get started with
planning for the 2005-2006 year at the first GRVNC board meeting since
the election in September.

What: GRVNC Board of Officers meeting
When: Thursday, October 6 at 7pm
Where: Westminster Avenue Elementary School, 1010 Abbot Kinney Blvd
(Auditorium)

Agenda: To be posted following Executive Board meeting (see below)

2. 1st Executive Committee meeting October 2, 2005, 10 am at
ExtraSpace Storage, 658 Venice Blvd.

Treasurer C.J. Cole and DeDe Audet met with Steve Baule, Funding Program
Coordinator, at DONE headquarters on September 27 and attended the
Treasurer’s class. C.J. will be able to report the results of that meeting.
