These procedures will be discussed in an open meeting 
of the Volunteer Election Committee [organized by
DONE] for the 2005 election on:

Tuesday, June 14, 2005
Venice Library
5:30 PM- 8:00 PM
501 S. Venice Blvd. 
Venice, CA  90291. 

GRVNC stakeholders are still invited to join the
effort and may contribute at this meeting.

* THESE PROCEDURES ARE NOT FINAL *

At the meeting, we will discuss the procedures (page 
by page) in detail. We still have a few key questions 
to answer and plenty of blanks to fill in before they
are able to go the Commission (BONC) at the end of the

month for approval.

I want to take the opportunity to thank all of the
folks who attended and spoke at the Commission meeting
on Tuesday, June 7th on such short notice. I also want
to thank every one who has participated in (and will
continue to participate in) the community dialogues
about the upcoming election. 

However, I am sincerely thankful for all of those 
brave souls who have volunteered for the Election 
Committee. I look forward to seeing you all
on Tuesday evening.
