AGENDA
1. Public Comment on items not on the agenda
   Discussion and possible action on:
2. Calling a special election committee meeting to   
   confirm or replace four Board appointees.
3. Planning for the June election for the GRVNC Board.

2. GRVNC unofficial Board meeting
(This is an unofficial meeting of the Board since we
will not have a quorum.)

7-9PM, Monday, Feb. 14

AGENDA

Items expected to be on the agenda include:

1.  Proposal to operate as a committee of the whole   

    (everyone gets to talk)
2. Current situation of GRVNC - quorum, election, 
   DONE, HRC, BONC, etc.
3. Report from Election Committee, other committees
4. Report on status of lottery, permits for OFW    
   artists, vendors
5.  Update on other issues, such as, Venice Traffic 
    Circle plans, 24-hour restrooms, Lincoln Center, 
    MTA lot, Lincoln CDO, vacation of public land on 
    Venice Blvd., Lincoln Place, other development 
    issues, etc.

3. The Venice Arts Council is sponsoring a 
   "Public Art in Venice" community meeting on 
   Saturday, Feb. 19th at the Venice Library, 
   from 1 - 4 pm.

Information and conversation with the community and 
public art experts about the pending and the potential

of public art in Venice.  

Windward Circle, Ocean Front Walk, Library Sculpture 
Garden among the topics.  Everyone welcome.
