[grvnc] Update Continued: Special Stakeholder Election Information

GRVNC Update (continued)

The GRVNC Executive Committee Voted to
place a stakeholder initiative
for vote on May 6.  It was decided to address the
issue
as soon as possible and at a time and place where
many stakeholder were already gathered for another
event.

Basically, the intiative seeks to amend the bylaws to 
set certain forms of credentials to be able to vote in
GRVNC Elections and to prohibit use of a VOte-by-mail
component.

This Special Election Meeting to vote
on the bylaws petition to change
Articles III and VI of the GRVNC bylaws
will be held:
