Elections Committee Meeting
Saturday, Feb 28, 1:00PM - 3:00PM
The Chair of the committee, Tom O'Meara, will be
hearing public comments on the composition of the
membership of the Elections Committee. The primary
motivation for public comment stems from the
consideration of a citizen-jury-type of committee
where the members are selected at random from the
list of GRVNC stakeholders. The other options are to
have the committee chair recruit people
from the Venice community, manually creating a
balance of viewpoints, or a combination of
random and recruited.
