A) Motion: Reconsider LUPC's October 6, 2003 approval of motions related to
this development because project does not comply with Venice Community Plan
and Envision Venice Lincoln Boulevard Planning Report must be consulted
prior to LUPC's approval or denial of project.


B) St. Joseph's Center: 204 Hampton Drive [25 min]


      Project Description: Demolition of an existing 11,000 square-foot
      community services center and replaced on the same site with a new
      25,000 square-foot community services center.


      Requested Entitlements: A Specific Plan Exception, Conditional Use
Permits, Coastal Development Permit

The City Council will take up the Venice Specific Plan and other
implementing tools next week.
Because the neighborhood council board was given such short notice there
was no time to
consider this as a board.  Therefore, I have included the city council
agenda for stakeholders
who are interested in attending or communicating directly to Cindy
Miscikowski.
